1.1 Commission content

I will draw:

  • Human

  • Furry

  • Chibi

  • Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Trans

  • NSFW

  • Tentacle

  • Lightly BDSM*

  • Other*

 

I will NOT draw:

  • R18G
    including: Vore, Blood, Excrement(Scat), BDSM,etc.

  • Robot

  • ​Anything about political

 

Can draw but not good at:

  • Complexity background and lighting

  • Armor and weapons

 

*Please confirm with me before commission.

2.1 Working Process

(Work Process will be different depends on coloring tech and complexity)

 

WIP will be sent to you in different state.

You are allowed up to 3 Edits during the whole working process.

I will take edit fee after that (about 5~10 USD each edit)

It will be free if I draw something wrong.

For YCH commission, I will not allow big edit unless I draw it wrong.

I will only accept small edits after base colour.

Please feel free to give feedback for the WIP.

Please be noted that I will not continue the process until you are OK with the WIP.

 

2.2 Working Period

Working Period depends on coloring tech and complexity.

I will give you a roughly deadline after discussion

In normal situation, I may need 2 weeks ~ 4 weeks (not including communication time) to finish a drawing.

I WILL NOT take urgent order as I have work to do.

3.1 Payment

I will only accept USD through Paypal

(If you are HongKonger or Taiwanese, I accept bank transfer with HKD/TWD)

The price has included Paypal handling fee.

I will start working after getting fully paid.

  • If the price is over than 100 USD, you can pay a 50% deposit first.

  • You will need to pay the other 50% before the work is finished.

  • Please be noted that I will not send you the original work file until I get 100% payment.

 The price list will change by time. The price depends on the content of the discussion.

 

3.2 Additional fee

  • Bigger size (>A5) will cost +30% or more

  • Edit fee (Please refer to 2.1)

For other additional fee, I will list out in price list.

 

3.3 Refunding

I will not refund any payment after the draft state.

Unless:

  • You decide to cancel the commission before I send you the draft.

  • I cannot continue the work because of personal reason or accident.

 

4.1 Copyright and usage of work

You are welcome to:

  • Upload to any social media with mention of the artist

  • Use it as a character reference

  • Print out for personal use(NOT FOR SELL)

​*You don't need to ask for my permission for the above action.

BUT if you have other usage of the work, please discuss with me.

Please do not:

  • Use it for business activity* （expect Live2D)

  • Edit or Resell my work without permission 

*Please discuss with me if you want to request a business commission.

 

I will:

  • Post it on my website (e.g. Twitter, FA) with sign/watermark.

  • Post it on Patreon (if I got one)

5.1 Other

  • If you request for NSFW art, I will assume that you are a legal adult.

  • I reserves all disputes and the final decision.

  • Do not use my art for AI training
